15.10.07: Adeline Ran Cardiff in 2.34 !!

A message from Adeline....
"I did it - I ran the Cardiff Half Marathon and crikey - did I ache last week. I was aiming for 2hours45, I did it in 2.34, so I am really really chuffed!
The race was really good fun - apart from the last 2 miles, which I REALLY felt - and the last 500 yards were uphill - which doesn't sound like a lot, but it really is tough after running nearly 13 miles!
I can't thank you enough for sponsoring me, it really does mean a lot to me, and the hospital will be delighted too. We raised £325!!
Much much love. Adeline xxx "
